In order for us to have running content, we should have a timeframe to let everyone know, for the most part I'm free at nights, but there are a few of us that have restrictions. Post the optimal times for running content here, my goal is to run content 2-3 times a week, if we want to do more or less that's fine.

available every night roughly 4:30 pm pst to 10:30 pm pst monday thru thursday. friday night 6pm pst to whenever and weekends all day and night for the most part
